Art land scapes

This week we did landscapes then cut it in a zigzag or wavy way. We then jumbled it up and stick it together.

Who am I ?

I can release winter from my inadequate hands. I  glide on the snow with my dwarf. I live in an altitudinous towering building. I have a statuesque crown on my head. I am all immaculate in my dress. I am very evil. I convulse like"he, he, he ". I have livid  hair.
